Fusion Frame AI ("the Service", "we", "us") is a web application that lets you create social media content with AI - generating scripts, images, and videos on a visual canvas - and publish the finished content to your own connected social media accounts. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You compose content using AI models (for example Anthropic Claude for scripts, Google Gemini for images, and video generation models such as Seedance and Grok), review the result, and optionally publish it to social platforms you connect, including TikTok. All publishing is initiated by you and is directed only to accounts you have explicitly authorized.
When you connect a TikTok account, you authorize Fusion Frame AI through TikTok Login Kit and grant the permissions (scopes) you approve. We use the TikTok Content Posting API only to publish videos you created in Fusion Frame AI to your own authorized TikTok account, and only when you choose to publish. We never post on your behalf without your explicit action, and we never access accounts you have not connected. You can disconnect a connected account at any time, which revokes our access.
You are responsible for the content you generate and publish and for ensuring it complies with the terms, community guidelines, and policies of each platform you publish to (including TikTok's). You must hold the rights necessary to publish your content. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
The Service integrates third-party APIs (AI model providers, social platforms, and data providers). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective third party's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fusion Frame AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
