Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data Fusion Frame AI ("the Service", "we", "us") collects, how we use it, and your choices. Fusion Frame AI is a web application for creating AI content and publishing it to your own connected social media accounts.

Data we collect

  • Account data: your email address and login credentials for the Service.
  • Content you create: scripts, images, videos, prompts, and related metadata you generate in the app.
  • Connected-account data: when you connect a social account such as TikTok, we receive and store the access and refresh tokens issued to us, and basic profile information you authorize (for TikTok, via the user.info.basic scope - such as your display name and avatar) so we can show which account is connected.
  • Provider API keys: keys you add for AI and data providers, which you supply to operate the Service.

How we use TikTok data

We use TikTok Login Kit to let you connect your TikTok account and the TikTok Content Posting API (the video.publishscope) to publish videos you create in Fusion Frame AI to your own authorized TikTok account, only when you choose to publish. We use your basic TikTok profile only to display the connected account. We do not use TikTok data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to perform the publish action you request (i.e. sending your video and caption to TikTok's API).

How we store and protect data

Provider keys and connected-account tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and are never returned to the browser or written to logs. Access is scoped to your account.

Data sharing

We share data only with the third-party services you use through the app (AI model providers, social platforms you connect, and data providers) to perform the actions you request. We do not sell personal data.

Your choices and deletion

You can disconnect a connected social account at any time, which revokes our access and deletes the stored tokens for that account. You can remove provider keys you added. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at the address below. You can also revoke Fusion Frame AI's access from within your TikTok account settings.

Retention

We retain your content and connection data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and delete it on request or when you disconnect the relevant account.
